  • Simply click on the Communities tab, and select your desired community. On each landing page, click on the Schedule a Tour button and select your desired date and time. You can also call us directly 561- 463-8400. Please note that tours for the Lake Worth and West Palm Beach areas are by appointment only. We allow walk-ins for the Aviara East Pompano location.

  • Simple. From your selected community, just click on the Select an Apartment button to see a map of available units and follow the prompts to apply for the unit you like.

    All applications must be completed online. Each lease signor and guarantor must complete their own application and pay their own application fee ($100).

  • There is a non-refundable $100 application fee per applicant and a $250 administration fee per household. For those with pets, there is a $250 one-time fee per pet and $25/month pet rent per pet.

  • All residents have access to their own Tenant Portal, where they can manage their lease from one easy web-based platform.

    Tenants can view lease documents, make payments, and submit maintenance requests directly from their portal.

    Access it through the website by clicking the Resident Login tab at the top of the screen or download the Resident Portal app available for iOS and Android devices.

  • Yes. We offer 6 Workforce units at Aviara Lake Worth and 12 at Aviara Green.

    Aviara On The Ave and Aviara East Pompano do not have a Workforce Housing program.

  • Our rates are set at fair market value to be as competitive as possible. Prices fluctuate on a daily basis based on market demand.

    Once you apply, your rate is locked and held for 7 days to give you enough time to complete the application process and pass screening.

  • All applicants must show a minimum of 2.5x monthly rent as monthly gross income per household. 600 and above credit is preferred.

    Exceptions may require additional income verification, added security deposit or a guarantor for approval. We work with those with low credit!

    Applicants with prior evictions or a criminal felony cannot be approved.

  • Yes, we do a thorough background check on every resident to ensure community safety. Your application fee covers national and state background screenings.

  • Yes! They must be under 50lbs. and we limit them to 2 per household for everyone’s comfort and safety.

    No aggressive breeds permitted.

    There is a $250 one-time pet fee, per pet and a $25 monthly charge, per pet due with your rent payments.

  • All of our communities have a 2 vehicle per household maximum.

    All properties have their own site-specific policies for reserved, garage or open parking, so call us for details!

  • Community pools typically operate from sunrise to sunset.

    All children must always be accompanied by an adult.

  • We take care of the grounds and common areas and offer monthly pest control inside, outside and within the common areas.

    Regular property maintenance is available from 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday for any resident issues. We change AC filters every quarter and maintain air conditioners on a bi-annual basis to ensure the system continues to work without interruption. Pools are cleaned twice per week. Landscape maintenance is typically on a weekly to bi-monthly basis depending on seasonality.
